The course format was well structured, easy to follow and managed to a high standard, I would highly recommend your company as you provided constant support, guidance and encouragement to me throughout the course. I was signed up with Upskill by my company Clipfine to do an NVQ level 6. I have found Upskill extremely professional and helpful. Many companies just want you to pass as quickly as possible to get paid however Upskill are different. They fully understand how busy day to day works are on site and do not get annoyed if you have not completed units within a week or two like others I have dealt with in the past. Mick Dunne (my assessor) was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and always on hand if I needed any information/ assistance. Mick would come to my site as often as I needed him to. We have used Upskill for all of our NVQ’s on site ( there is a fair few of us) and every person has said how happy they were with Mick and Upskill as a company.

Just completed my NVQ Level 6 in Construction Contracting Operation Management with Upskill Assessment and Training. The whole team were brilliant in terms of communication, support and keeping things as simple as possible by pointing me in the right direction. Being in a busy job role, I was sometimes guilty of prioritising other things but Upskill helped me by giving me smaller, achievable targets and deadlines to ensure I achieved the certificate. Great stuff, would highly recommend them to anyone in a similar type of role.

I would highly recommend Upskill for any NVQ’s you wish to do. The assessors were there on hand every time I needed help, or something explained. If I was unsure about what evidence was needed as my construction industry was marine, they would explain and show me where to put it and an alternative bit of evidence to collect. There were always available for a telephone conversation. Their site visits are great, they help organize your portfolio and get a clearer picture of ways to help you obtain your NVQ.
