I found the course material easy to understand and the set up with drop box is an amazing tool for multi viewing that I think is a great idea. When having the teams calls with my tutor, they were clear free flowing and enjoyable to lean listen and very help full and with clear instruction. Working through the module was very easy with the information given and having the End interview I felt relaxed and was able to free flow with phil. All in all I was very impressed and cant thank you and the team enough for the quality.

With regards to the course, as you know I was a little sceptical with regards to how this may have impacted upon my daily work activities, however I can advise the professional and friendly way this course was run by yourself meant there was absolutely no impact at all on my daily work

It would be my pleasure to give you some feedback regarding my recent completion of my NVQ Level 6. I worked with Mick Dunne to get my NVQ certification. Mick did a superb job laying out the process and steps for what I was about to undertake. He was great at explaining each section of the required submissions and also what was expect from me and when. He never pressured me to complete within a time frame. It was all structured to what I could get accomplished and then letting him know for his feedback. The process then became very easy for me not have the added stress in a normal work day. The online uploading and system are easy to follow and having Mick there to guide me when I had questions was perfect. I enjoyed the whole experience of getting the next level of my training and I look forward to completing the next step with Upskill when that time comes.
