I am Andrew Cousins and I have just completed my NVQ3 with Upskills towards my Supervisory Gold Card. During my NVQ I was able to contact the representatives from Upskills at any time to clarify information that was required, to ask for assistance in gaining knowledge on my progress and if there were areas that I was perhaps not completing properly. These questions were answered promptly and provided clear direction. I was able to provide the information required and when it came to the Zoom calls with Frank Dunn, I felt comfortable answering the questions put to me. Frank, Luke and Emma made the NVQ run smoothly, and it was a great experience. Your tracking is carried out using Dropbox which in my opinion was the perfect method as Luke was able to look at my files and advise direction in completing the NVQ. Frank was always Open and honest and was able to reword his questions when certain processes have gone digital within my company. I would recommend Upskills to any company or individual who wants to work towards their NVQ. I would like to thank the team I had for all the assistance and quick responses to any of my queries and arranging Zoom chats throughout. The course is up to your own pace and all staff are very helpful and check-up regularly to see if you’re okay with everything. All staff are an email or phone call away. Frank who I had for tutor was very helpful and helped me to relax before going into recordings for each unit. Everything to access and input for the course was very well set up. Overall, would 100% recommend!

First of all, I would like to thank Upskills for all their guidance and help completing my NVQ Level 6 course. Throughout my course I found the company and the assessor very approachable, James was excellent, the advice he gave me throughout I felt helped a lot, he always advised of best practice within our company’s policies & procedures. In the pursuit of my NVQ Level 7 Senior construction management under the training and support institute of Upskill, I can say with great pleasure that I have now completed my course which started during the pandemic of 2020. A period clouded with so many uncertainties, yet I was lucky enough to join the Upskill family who remained operational during those dark times and provided the best of professional support up to the very late assessment of my NVQ Level 7 program. My journey took a little longer considering the many delays experienced during and after the pandemic, but I am thankful to the Upskill team and my assessor James Elliott for their patience in working with me and getting me through the finishing line.

Following a long period of Working overseas, I returned to find that the system of obtaining a Managers CSCS Card had changed significantly. I contacted Upskill to enrole for my NVQ7. The support I received throughout the whole process was second to none, and in so I strongly recommend using this company for your training requirements.
