My experience with upskill has been good, my questions have been answered promptly throughout and I received helpful feedback on my work so I could complete my all of my online units in good timing. Overall, I would recommend upskill for an NVQ Level 6 in management.

I have really appreciated the tailored support I have received since undertaking my NVQ7 with you. All of the team have been great. Working with Upskill was very simple and professional. From the beginning it was easy to process my deposit and getting me up and running. Throughout my tutor was available whenever I needed to liaise with them. Sometimes our meetings were months apart and then others were numerous and close together. As I reached the end of my work my tutor was on hand to tie everything off and provide opportunities for me to demonstrate my knowledge in a way that met the criteria for submission and grading. My certification arrived in a timely fashion after my final assessments, and I am grateful to Upskill for their no-nonsense approach that put the learner at the centre and allowed me to accomplish my goal in the best way possible.

I applied for my NVQ6 in construction contracting operations management with Upskills last year. I had Luke as my IT support and Mick as my assessor. The course was explained in great depth and would have the support of the team Throughout the course, I had excellent support with prompt response with any issues or concerns. I qualified in December thanks to the ongoing assistant from Luke and Mick who are a credit to the company.
