Working with Upskill was very simple and professional. From the beginning it was easy to process my deposit and getting me up and running. Throughout my tutor was available whenever I needed to liaise with them. Sometimes our meetings were months apart and then others were numerous and close together. As I reached the end of my work my tutor was on hand to tie everything off and provide opportunities for me to demonstrate my knowledge in a way that met the criteria for submission and grading. I applied for my NVQ6 in construction contracting operations management with Upskills last year. I had Luke as my IT support and Mick as my assessor. The course was explained in great depth and would have the support of the team Throughout the course, I had excellent support with prompt response with any issues or concerns. I recently completed my NVQ Level 6 Construction management with Upskill Training. I found them to be very approachable and flexible with the course work which fitted around my busy work schedule. Frank was great to work with and took myself through each step with clear precise direction and no pressure whatsoever. Any issues with uploading content was quickly dealt with by there IT dept . Emma was very helpful in relaying any concerns and enquiries and having them dealt with swiftly.
