I would particularly like to thank Frank who was able to help me comprehend even the most complicated parts of the course, using lay language and examples of how to relate the requirements to my every day work and experience. Working with Upskill was very simple and professional. From the beginning it was easy to process my deposit and getting me up and running. Throughout my tutor was available whenever I needed to liaise with them. Sometimes our meetings were months apart and then others were numerous and close together. As I reached the end of my work my tutor was on hand to tie everything off and provide opportunities for me to demonstrate my knowledge in a way that met the criteria for submission and grading. My certification arrived in a timely fashion after my final assessments, and I am grateful to Upskill for their no-nonsense approach that put the learner at the centre and allowed me to accomplish my goal in the best way possible.

I applied for my NVQ6 in construction contracting operations management with Upskills last year. I had Luke as my IT support and Mick as my assessor. The course was explained in great depth and would have the support of the team Throughout the course, I had excellent support with prompt response with any issues or concerns. I qualified in December thanks to the ongoing assistant from Luke and Mick who are a credit to the company. I would recommend anyone who is considering doing any NVSs to apply to Upskills for great value and course support.

I recently completed my NVQ Level 6 Construction management with Upskill Training. I found them to be very approachable and flexible with the course work which fitted around my busy work schedule. Frank was great to work with and took myself through each step with clear precise direction and no pressure whatsoever. Any issues with uploading content was quickly dealt with by there IT dept . Emma was very helpful in relaying any concerns and enquiries and having them dealt with swiftly. I would highly recommend Frank and his team to anybody wishing to achieve any higher or further education to assist in there careers.

I was put onto Upskill NVQ by a work colleague who sang their praises and from the moment I engaged with them they didn't disappoint, I took on the NVQ level 7 and Frank & his team made this a very stress free process, no rush and no pressure to complete but always on hand to assist if required. I approached Upkill training with a view to obtain my NVQ level 6 and then push on to gain my MAPS CSCS card to progress my career in construction management. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I had been told the course was very intense and a lot of people had started it and never finished it due to the amount of work required. I decided to go ahead anyway and was introduced to Mick who ultimately helped me achieve all of the above, he made aware initially that yes there is a lot of work involved but in reality it’s what I do every day at work so it won’t be a problem. He was absolutely right when he said that and made me feel at ease the whole way through the coursework and was always just a phone call away if I needed to go over anything. I couldn’t recommend Mick and Upskill enough and will always recommend them to any of my colleagues should any training be required. Thanks again guys for excellent guidance and support when needed.
