I approached Upkill training with a view to obtain my NVQ level 6 and then push on to gain my MAPS CSCS card to progress my career in construction management. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I had been told the course was very intense and a lot of people had started it and never finished it due to the amount of work required. I decided to go ahead anyway and was introduced to Mick who ultimately helped me achieve all of the above, he made aware initially that yes there is a lot of work involved but in reality it’s what I do every day at work so it won’t be a problem. He was absolutely right when he said that and made me feel at ease the whole way through the coursework and was always just a phone call away if I needed to go over anything. I couldn’t recommend Mick and Upskill enough and will always recommend them to any of my colleagues should any training be required. Thanks again guys for excellent guidance and support when needed.

Having done my NVQ level 3 with Frank and the team there was no pressure and the Dropbox process made it far easier to keep a track of where you are in your journey, I would recommend Upskill to anyone doing there NVQ and look forward to doing my next one.

It was very professionally put together. Communication was second to none and the instructor, Frank, was very knowledgeable and made the course very easy to understand and follow, giving plenty of tips on how to move through the system without any stress. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Setting out to complete the NVQ7 seemed a daunting prospect at the outset but this was soon alleviated by the level of support, guidance and availability of Frank (including Saturdays) The experience end to end when reviewing and discussing the works I was evidencing for my logbook reaffirmed my own understanding and reasoning for the processes and management tools that ensure a successful delivery of any project.
