Having recently passed my NVQ level 7 with Upskill I would highly recommend them. Their constant support, guidance and encouragement was hugely important in my achievement. Frank, Jessie and Luke were always available to help and the clear infrastructure for each module and assignment made what sometimes felt like an insurmountable task achievable for me. I was signed up with Upskill by my company Clipfine to do an NVQ level 6. I have found Upskill extremely professional and helpful. Many companies just want you to pass as quickly as possible to get paid however Upskill are different. They fully understand how busy day to day works are on site and do not get annoyed if you have not completed units within a week or two like others I have dealt with in the past. Mick Dunne (my assessor) was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and always on hand if I needed any information/ assistance. Mick would come to my site as often as I needed him to. We have used Upskill for all of our NVQ’s on site ( there is a fair few of us) and every person has said how happy they were with Mick and Upskill as a company.
